How quickly will I receive my dataset?

Most orders are fulfilled within 24–48 business hours after confirmation. Enterprise and custom orders may take 3–5 days.

Can I request a free sample first?

Absolutely. Every dataset comes with a free sample slice — just click "Request Sample" on any dataset page or mention it in your message.

Is the data GDPR compliant?

We follow GDPR and the Italian Privacy Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003). Every dataset includes compliance hints, lawful-basis notes, and opt-out fields.

What file formats do you deliver?

Standard delivery is CSV and XLSX, compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and any CRM or automation tool. API / S3 delivery is available as an add-on.
